Providers: Dr. Hernandez is accepting new patients.  She is a leading expert on using cannabis and other natural approaches to health and healing. You can read more about those here: Holistic Services

Costs: We do not accept any insurance. We can provide a superbill if requested for potential reimbursement at out-of-network rates if your health insurance covers health coaching.  Natural Medicine on the plaza accepts payment in cash for in-person visits, or by credit or debit card through Square & Venmo for telemedicine appointments. We do not accept cryptocurrency.

Late Cancellation Fee: This full appointment fee applies to all appointments canceled or no-showed with less than 48  hours notice. As the appointments are in high demand. 

Document Preparation Fee: Any legal or medical documents that need to be prepared for patients, with the amount determined by the scope of work. This will be included in the appointment fee unless otherwise discussed.

Doctor Consultation Fee: There are no fees for discussions, when appropriate, with your primary MD, specialists, or other consultants.

​Appointment Refund Policy: There is a deposit that is required for any educational program, those payments are non-refundable. All appointment payments are final and are non-refundable once scheduled and processed. If there is a need to change the appointment date or time that can be done one time, 48 hours before the appointment, easily through the scheduling app. Please let us know if you need help in that regard.
